Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect at my first appointment?

You’ll get a focused assessment, a clear expectation of what’s going on, and a treatment plan that makes sense.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No. You can book directly. Some insurance plans may ask for one, but most do not.

What should I wear to my appointment?

How long are appointments?

Initial assessments are 60 minutes. Follow-ups are 30 minutes.

What conditions do you treat?

I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including pain, injury, post-surgical recovery and movement limitations.

Where are you located and is there parking?

I’m located at 300 Prince Albert Road in the Paddler’s Cove Building in Dartmouth. Free parking is available on site.
