Meet Carolyn

Carolyn is a physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience. She provides focused, one‑on‑one care. Her approach is straightforward: listen, assess clearly, and create treatment plans that support meaningful progress.

A graduate of Acadia University and McMaster University, she has degrees in Physical Education and Health Science in Physiotherapy. Over the course of her career, she has obtained post- graduate training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Muscle Imbalance Correction, Pelvic Floor and Urinary Incontinence, Kinesio taping and Cancer and Exercise. She is also a Scott Pilates trained instructor. She continues specialized education each year for the benefit of her patients.

Her goal is to always create a calm, focused experience where people feel heard and supported. I want every patient to leave with a plan that makes sense and progress that feels meaningful.

Carolyn is an active member of the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists and the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association.
